On Thursday, April 14, at 3:21 p.m., a motor officer on patrol was flagged down at the corner of Fifth Street and Olympic Boulevard by a passing motorist. The motorist, a woman, told the officer that the driver of a vehicle that was a few cars in front of her had exposed his privates to her, and was also masturbating.
The woman stated that the man had gotten her to see what he was doing by almost sideswiping her. She then looked into the open passenger side window of his vehicle to see who would have performed such a reckless maneuver, and witnessed the man in the act of pleasuring himself. She was displeased by this vision.
Officers stopped the vehicle, and after the woman confirmed that it was the correct vehicle, they arrested, and charged the 47-year-old Lancaster man for indecent exposure. His bail was set at $500.
