The popular Santa Monica Conservancy’s Palisades Park tours return this Sunday afternoon. Enjoy a walking tour through time, revealing landscapes, historical structures, fascinating people, monuments, and works of art.

Docent guides will present the park’s secrets and stories on the one-mile walk through this cultural landscape.

The tour concludes with a visit to the Camera Obscura, a 19th century historic artifact.

The walk is one-way, beginning at the park’s north end, and takes about two hours. Mini-bus transportation will be provided back to check-in at the Visitor Center. Advance purchase is recommended.

Cost: $10 Santa Monica Conservancy members; $15 General public; $20 Day of tour, if available. Children 12 and under accompanied by an adult are free. For reservations and more information, visit www.smconservancy.org.
