The City is reporting the power outage that effected Downtown Santa Monica earlier this afternoon is now restored, as of about 3 p.m.
The outage effected the intersections of 4th and Olympic, 4th and Broadway, Ocean and Santa Monica, Ocean and Arizona and possibly others, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
