Third Street Promenade Celebrates Fashion’s Night Out:

Stores throughout the Downtown Santa Monica participated in the much-beloved and highly-anticipated shopping event, Fashion’s Night Out, on Thursday, Sept. 6.

The 4th Annual FNO Celebration took place throughout Downtown from 6-10 p.m.
