SMC Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of James Martin, will perform a 3 p.m. concert today, Nov. 18 at The Broad Stage.
It will feature an American/British program of 20th century classics, highlighted by SMC resident composer David Goodman in two watery works – River’s Edge and Dolphin Dance. Program includes Gustav Holst’s popular Planets plus the final large work by Edgar Elgar, his cello concerto, first movement, with student Benton Preciado as soloist.
