SMC’s “Celebrate America” Fireworks

— Santa Monica College, 1900 Pico Boulevard

“Celebrate America,” the popular outdoor festival at Santa Monica College that honors Independence Day, will be held tonight.

Gates will open at 5 pm, with entertainment at 7 pm, and fireworks at 9 pm.

Held on Corsair Field, the festivities will also feature community service booths, food trucks and food booths operated by the Boy Scouts, SMC Athletics Department, The Bread Factory and many others.

Picnicking is welcome, but alcoholic beverages, glass containers, barbecues, fireworks, and chairs with pointed legs are prohibited.

Admission is free, parking will be $5.
