State of the City:: Feinstein Added to City Panel

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein has been added to the panel for the inaugural State of the City luncheon January 15 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel hosted by the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. Also joining the panel will be Chamber Chairman and local lawyer Tom Larmore.

On the agenda is an in-depth discussion on the most pressing issues affecting the City in 2008, including the projected effects of our changing economy, new construction projects, and General Plan Update on local businesses and residents.

Other panelists are Mayor Herb Katz, City Manager Lamont Ewell, Chamber President/CEO Laurel Rosen, Bayside District Corporation Executive Director Kathleen Rawson, and Santa Monica Convention and Visitors Bureau President/CEO Misti Kerns. The event is sold out.
