North of Montana Association to Meet July 6

The North of Montana Association (NOMA) monthly community meeting will be heldThursday, July 6, at Montana Branch Library, 1704 Montana Avenue, at 7 pm.
Light refreshments at 6:30 pm.
Guest speakers:  Mayor Pro Tem Gleam Davis and attorney Kevin Shenkman.
Topic: “Should Santa Monica change the process by which City  Council Members are elected?  Should Council Members be elected at large, as they are now, or by districts?”
