Trash from storm drains makes its way to the beach in Santa Monica after an October rain. A no-swimming sign was posted at the Pico-Kenter storm drain area, a good reminder to all as we head into the (hopefully) wet season to stay out of the water after it rains. photo by Margaret Molloy
