MORAL RESPONSIBILITY:

About 50 poor and disabled people, mothers and children and clergy gathered Sunday outside Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s church, St. Monica’s, to remind him of “his moral responsibility to protect California’s most vulnerable.” The governor was not present.
