Corrections and Apologies:

We obviously lost our heads last week. There we were – with two great photographs of two local heroes so we decided to salute them. That was cool. It was all cool. Except we identified the very heroic Dr. Mark Gold as the founder of Heal the Bay, when we knew perfectly well that, in fact, the very heroic and entirely extraordinary Dorothy Green founded that vital organization.

The lapse is inexcusable and we regret it more than we can say and offer profound apologies to Dorothy Green, Mark Gold, who is, in fact, executive director of Heal the Bay, and our readers.
