Lincoln Place Tenants Give a Party:

For more than a decade, a succession of developers has tried to replace Lincoln Place, a 754-unit affordable housing complex that was built soon after World War II, with new pricier housing, but tenants have held on. Sunday, they gave a party for their friends and neighbors to celebrate a major victory.
