The Dreamer Examines His Pillow, a play by Tony and Pulitzer Prize winner John Patrick Shanley, opens Wednesday, September 7, at the Flight Theater at the Complex, and runs Wednesdays through Saturdays through September 24.
This time out, Shanley, author of Moonstruck, Five Corners, Joe Versus the Volcano, which he also directed, and the Pulitzer Prize winning play, Doubt, has rendered a dark comedy, in which the audience is taken on a cosmic psychological and sexual roller coaster ride into the world of love, sex, fidelity, and family that explores the clash between primal urges and the struggle to find a moral balance.
Directed by Brian Drillinger, it stars Luis de Amechazurra, Walker Clark and Tessa Munro. Executive Producer is Kinsey Packard.The theater is located at 6472 Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood.
