“Trains and Trees” Opening at Terrence Rogers:

Closed since the death of its founder some months ago, Terrence Rogers Fine Art will reopen this weekend with a holiday group show, “Trains and Trees,” featuring works by Michael Chapman, Patricia Chidlaw, Michael Flechtner, Kenny Harris, Astrid Preston, Stephanie Sanchez and James David Thomas.

As a bonus, the vintage Lionel train collection of Bob Sponsel will be on display.

A reception for the artists will be held on Saturday, December 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the gallery at 1231 Fifth Street.

A series of holiday salons and artists afternoons have also been scheduled on December 8, 15 and 22. For information and invitations to these events, call (310) 394 4999.Upcoming in 2006 are solo exhibits by Chidlaw, Chapman and Harris.
