From the 1940s, in his band The Stanleys (with brother Carter Stanley), through the folk revival of the 1960s and then catapulting into worldwide recognition in the move O Brother in recent times, Stanley has remained true to his form and a virtuoso in pitch and falsetto meanderings. He is an American original, and a beacon in our living history. Get there early.
