Treat Dad to limited-edition luxury menus at Fitoor Santa Monica, Toscana, and Telefèric Barcelona and one pastrami breakfast burrito.

It’s nearly Father’s Day, and if you are still looking for the perfect meal for your Dad, or if you are a Dad who wants to give your loved ones a little hint, this is the list for you. We’ve taken into account that Dads like meat, generally, but pescetarian Dads have some options here.

An exclusive 10-course seasonal omakase menu will headline the Father’s Day dining lineup at Uchi West Hollywood this Sunday, June 21.

The contemporary Japanese restaurant will operate under expanded holiday hours, opening for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. before resuming standard dinner service from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Patrons can choose between the limited-edition multi-course tasting experience or the restaurant’s traditional à la carte menu throughout the day.

Featured items on the holiday roster include premium Australian Wagyu, assorted nigiri and sashimi, and market vegetable tempura. The kitchen will also serve its signature desserts, including fried milk and taiyaki.

Reservations for both the midday and evening services are available at Seven Rooms.

HiHo Cheeseburger is bringing back the Burri-Ho, the incredibly popular collaboration between HiHo and DTLA’s acclaimed Sonoratown taqueria for Father’s Day. Usually, we wouldn’t go as far as a Pasadena location (625 E. Colorado Blvd.), but this breakfast burrito is one that Dads will love. It goes on sale at 9 a.m. and will run until 11 a.m., or whenever ingredients run out. Usually, the prized burrito sells out quickly.

The mashup centers on First Light Farms 100% grass-fed Wagyu pastrami, which is packed into one of Sonoratown’s famously thin, lard-infused handmade flour tortillas. The rest of the filling includes soft scrambled eggs, melted cheese, crispy HiHo fries, and a spicy mix of slow-cooked onions and Serrano peppers. Street parking is available along Colorado Boulevard for those planning to line up early.

Two limited-edition paella dishes and a curated family-style takeout package will anchor the Father’s Day weekend menu at Telefèric Barcelona in Brentwood starting Thursday, June 18.

The holiday menu will run through Sunday, June 21, featuring a $148 Wagyu Paella that pairs a pound of sliced Wagyu ribeye with traditional Bomba rice. Alternatively, the kitchen is introducing a Fideuà Paella that replaces the standard rice base with short Spanish noodles, whole lobster, and a smoked Valencian-style aioli.

For at-home celebrations, the restaurant has developed a Father’s Day To-Go Pack priced at $109. The bundled meal is designed to feed a family and contains a selection of the kitchen’s signature items, including patatas bravas, chicken empanadas, tuna taquitos, octopus, Ibérico paella, and churros. House-made sangría can be purchased separately as a beverage add-on.

Additionally, the restaurant’s on-site retail space, El Merkat, will offer a 10 percent discount on all specialty market goods through the end of the weekend. Customers can apply the promotional code PAPA10 at checkout to redeem the retail savings on the market’s website

A curated selection of contemporary Indian dishes and craft cocktails will anchor the Father’s Day dining experience this Sunday at Fitoor, a luxury dining destination in Santa Monica.

The Dad-centered holiday rollout will pair the kitchen’s modern culinary style with the restaurant’s signature high-end dining room aesthetics. The special menu items will be available alongside standard operations throughout the holiday service.

The seasonal menu features a variety of standalone plates, starting with a $19 beet and berry salad mixed with arugula, feta, spiced candied hazelnuts, and a house beet vinaigrette. Seafood and meat options include a $23 panko-crusted crab fries tempura topped with lemon chili foam and gochujang, and a $24 ivory chicken featuring slow-charred meat prepared in the traditional Nizami style.

For the main course, the kitchen is highlighting a $35 black truffle jhinga biryani, which pairs tiger prawns with black truffles, served with traditional salan and raita sauces.

The bar and pastry teams have also introduced dedicated holiday items. Dessert features a $20 filter coffee presentation served inside a waffle cone with miso ice cream and caramel popcorn, while the featured $20 Chandigarh Sour cocktail blends bourbon, citrus, cabernet wine, and a house-made jaggery simple syrup. Smorgasburg’s 10th Anniversary and Father’s Day Celebration. Photo Credit: Instagram/SmorgasburgLA.

Father’s Day is also the birthday of Smorgasburg, so they are throwing a massive reunion of culinary alumni that will take over Row DTLA this Sunday, June 21, as Smorgasburg LA celebrates its 10th anniversary with a single-day festival of exclusive chef collaborations and throwback menus.

The weekly outdoor food market launched on Father’s Day in 2016 and has since grown into a premier incubator for Southern California’s small businesses and street food culture. To mark the decade milestone, event organizers are bringing back several of the market’s most prominent historical vendors to cook alongside the current generation of weekly merchants.

The anniversary lineup features a series of highly unique, one-day-only culinary pairings and menu revivals, including:

Additional participating alumni include The Base by Holy Basil serving its viral jarred teas, Cheezus partnering with Franzl’s Franks on Austrian sausage dishes, and The Jolly Oyster shucking fresh Kumamoto oysters directly inside the event’s central beer garden.

The anniversary event will run during standard market hours at 777 S. Alameda St. Entertainment offerings include sets by DJs Diego & Friends, family activities, and custom merchandise releases featuring a commemorative T-shirt designed by artist Gary Baseman.

The local live band 63 Degrees is scheduled to perform a special midday set, leading the crowd in a formal birthday tribute at 12:30 p.m. Admission to the venue remains free to the public.

A 30-ounce prime bone-in Tomahawk steak will lead a special lineup of regional Italian dishes at Toscana in Brentwood for Father’s Day on Sunday, June 21.

The neighborhood institution is anchoring its holiday dining service around its signature wood-fired hearth and house-made pastas. The exclusive holiday additions will be served alongside the restaurant’s traditional à la carte dinner menu during the Sunday service.

The specialized menu begins with a hand-cut Wagyu steak tartare seasoned with traditional accompaniments. The featured pasta dish is a fresh pici alla Norcina, which tosses thick, hand-rolled noodles with Italian sausage, mushrooms, and shaved black truffles in a light cream sauce.

For the main course, the kitchen is highlighting the wood-fired 30-ounce Tomahawk steak, served alongside roasted potatoes. The meal finishes with a classic crema Catalana, a traditional custard topped with a brittle, caramelized sugar crust.

Due to anticipated holiday demand, the restaurant advises securing reservations early here.
