Having done large-scale murals at every school in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District, artist David Legaspi organized a another sort of mural project last Saturday at Roosevelt Elementary school. With the help of community sponsors, faculty and many parent and child volunteers, he laid out and painted murals in all four of the school’s bathrooms.
