Richard Bloom has New Career:

Former Santa Monica Mayor Richard Bloom has become the Executive Director of Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, Inc. Levitt & Quinn is a nonprofit law firm that represents low-income clients in family law matters. Says Bloom, “I am grateful to have this opportunity to expand and enhance the essential work begun by Ethel, Grace and Ziva.”
