A Southern California Edison transformer located at 2858 Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica failed early this morning, resulting in loss of power for several hours to the Time Warner facility and its cable TV and Internet service subscribers across the Westside, including those in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Power was restored to all areas at approximately 12:40 p.m.
