$1 Million Raised for Kids:

The 13th Annual Dream Halloween raised $1 million for the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation.

The October 28 event was held at Barker Hangar and hosted by longtime Santa Monican Jamie Lee Curtis. Brentwood resident and California First Lady Maria Shriver was awarded the Children’s Advocate Award.

A one-of-a-kind Barbie doll fashioned after Sharon Stone went for $15,000 at auction.

Since its inception in 1993, Children Affected by AIDS Foundation has raised $23 million and has provided support to children affected by HIV/AIDS both in the United States and abroad.
