Local artist David Legaspi has created a new underwater mural by the walkways around the Heal the Bay Santa Monica Pier Aquarium. The project was open to public participation on Sunday, April 22, as a part of their Earth Day weekend activities. Legaspi has transformed all of the SMMUSD campuses with his collaborative murals involving children and adults. This is his first public project in Santa Monica. photo by Margaret Molloy
