Loyola’s Pettit Excels As Angels’ Farmhand:

Outfielder Chris Pettit, who was drafted by the Angels out of Loyola Marymount University, has been named Player of the Month twice this season.            Pettit hit .384 in a recent 28-game stretch with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga and hit eight home runs.
