Decker, UCLA Begin Season:

Former Santa Monica High baseball star Cody Decker will begin his junior season at UCLA this weekend in a three-game series against Oklahoma at Jackie Robinson Stadium.

The teams will play Friday, February 22 at 6 p.m., Saturday at 3 p.m., and Sunday at 1 p.m.

Decker, who led the Bruins in home runs last season with 14, hit a two-run homer over the left field fence last Saturday in an intra-squad game.

UCLA has been ranked first in the nation in one poll and third in another.
