Jamaican born artist Prezident Brown has been performing since childhood. A protégé of the late reggae producer Jack Ruby, Brown first saw success in Europe, where the Jamaican style of music had gained great popularity by the late 1980s. Since then, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the genre, such as Steel Pulse, toured the U.S. numerous times, and played such noteworthy music events as the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival and Reggae on the River.

Jorma Kaukonen

A touring musician and teacher, Jorma Kaukonen is renowned for his skillful work with American roots music. A founding member of Jefferson Airplane, Kaukonen helped usher in the psychedelic sound of the 1960s, even though his background was in folk and blues. He left the band after several years to form Hot Tuna. Today, Kaukonen continues to tour with Hot Tuna, releases solo work, and runs a guitar camp in Ohio. While the 7 p.m. show has already sold out, at press time tickets were still available for the 9 p.m. performance.
