US Youth Volleyball in Santa Monica Registering for Fall:

The United States Youth Volleyball League officially opens early registration for the fall, 2008 season. It is an eight-week program where the fundamentals of volleyball such as serving, passing, setting and spiking are taught.

The league in Santa Monica meets at Clover Park Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:30p.m. and Saturdays, 10 – 11a.m. The season begins September 10 and ends November 1.

The USYVL is the fastest-growing youth sports organization because it brings volleyball to communities to gets kids active.

The organization’s motto is, “Every Child Plays.”
