1. Chef Derek Walker, program manager at Bread and Roses Café and head instructor at St. Joseph Culinary Training Program, shows students how to skin and fillet a salmon. The program has a fully equipped state-of-the art kitchen in the new facilities and schedules guest culinary professionals to visit. 2. The interior courtyard of the new St. Joseph Center building on Hampton Drive, which houses the administrative offices, childcare services, culinary school, food pantry, and other support services.
