Based on the French Nuit Blanche art nights, GLOW is an evening of art installations, media, and art events that runs into the dawn. Artists include Usman Haque, Shih Chieh Huang, Grant Davis, Frank Rozasy, Peter Tolkin, and Jiacong Yan, artist teams including Elena Mary Siff and Dave Quick, and artist collectives Greenmeme and Lustre. DJs Garth Trinidad of KCRW-FM and Sassas/Dublab will provide music. It’s all courtesy of the City of Santa Monica and a long list of international sponsors. It’s a new tradition – and it’s free!
