(1) Topanga skater Shane Borland, 10 years, took first place in the snake run & third place in the bowl competition at the 1st Annual Venice Skate Association (VSA) Thanksgiving Day Massacre Skate Competition (the original event was postponed because of permit issues) on Saturday, December 19. (2) “Killer” took second in the snake run and fifth in the bowl competitions at Venice Skate Plaza on Saturday, December 19.
