St. Monica Wins Santa Fe League:

With a 38-0 shutout of St. Anthony on Friday that secured the Santa Fe League regular season title, St. Monica High School football is riding a six-game winning streak into the CIF-Southern Section playoffs.

The Mariners finished the season 8-2 and undefeated, 4-0 in their league. Their first-round playoff opponent will be announced Sunday.
