Santa Monica Ford To Host Hunger Drive Event This Saturday, August 18:

The “2013 Ford Escape Hunger Drive” is a collaboration between Ford Motor Company and Feeding America.

Santa Monica Ford will host an event called the “2013 Ford Escape Hunger Drive” this Saturday, Aug. 18 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The event will include live music from KKDV 92.1, a free BBQ to all attendees, and the opportunity to see the all-new 2013 Ford Escape, as well as the chance to win one in a sweepstakes.

The event is a collaboration between Ford Motor Company and Feeding America — the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization.

Designed to provide more than 1.2 million meals to the needy, for each guest (no test drive necessary) attending the Santa Monica Ford Hunger Drive event, Ford will provide 40 meals to Feeding America. Participants must be 18 or older.

Santa Monica Ford is located at 1230 Santa Monica Blvd. in Santa Monica.
