The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will be holding a retreat with Superintendent Sandra Lyon this Saturday, Sept. 15.
It will be held at 8 a.m. in the Board Room at the District Office, located at 1651 16th St., Santa Monica.
During this retreat, a facilitator will work with the Board of Education and superintendent to discuss board and superintendent roles and responsibilities. Such retreats are standard practice throughout the year for a board and superintendent.
