SANTA Monica Pub Crawl Returns Tonight, Saturday December 15:

Revelers party at the 2011 SANTA Monica Pub Crawl.

The 4th Annual SANTA Monica Pub Crawl will take place tonight, Dec. 15 at the City’s best bars and restaurants to raise money for those in need during the holidays through a partnership with Westside Food Bank.

With the official SMPC wristband attendees will receive drink and food specials at the participating locations, entrance into the Official Pub Crawl After-Party and will automatically be entered into the pub crawl raffle with the chance to win a ton of great prizes.

Tickets are $10. Advance ticket purchase is suggested to avoid lines, however revelers may also purchase a ticket at a starting location on Saturday.

A portion of all proceeds from the pub crawl goes to the Westside Food Bank to feed the less fortunate over the holidays. The Santa Monica Pub Crawl is for participates 21 years and older.

Wristbands can be picked up two ways. The first option is at one of the official starting locations along each route between 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. the day of the event.

To avoid lines, participants can collect wristbands Friday at the Westside Food Bank between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 1710 22nd Street, Santa Monica.

A list of participating bars and the official pub crawl map are available on the website.

All participants are asked to dress in Santa/holiday attire, either individually or in teams, so that the streets of Santa Monica will be filled with merry cheer, such as: Santa, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer, Carolers, and Santa’s Helpers.

The Pub Crawl will feature multiple routes with bars on Wilshire, The Pier, 4th St., Third Street Promenade, and Main Street and conclude with the Official After Party (must have wristband for access).

Last year, more than 5,000 people crawled their hearts out to 25 bars, raising more than $17,000 dollars for the Westside Food Bank.
