Big Blue Bus Users Urged To Plan Ahead For Valentine’s Day, Presidents Day:

Santa Monica’s Big Blue Bus transit authority is encouraging bus users to allow extra time on bus trips on Valentine’s Day this Thursday, citing the romantic day is also a heavy one for traffic on local roads.

On Presidents Day this Monday, Feb. 18, buses will be operating regular hours on all our bus routes, except for Routes 4 and 6.

Here are a few things to keep in mind that day:

Route 4: Will operate via the weekend routing around the VA Hospital.
Route 6: All trips cancelled.
UCLA riders: Hilgard Terminal will be closed, please use Ackerman Terminal instead.
Blue: The Transit Store and Customer Service will be closed, make sure to call ahead for your trip planning questions and/or bus pass needs.

OPCC Honored As Non-Profit of the Year:
