Kathie Lee, Hoda To Tape Episodes Of ‘Today’ At Santa Monica Place This Weekend:

Visit Santa Monica Place this Saturday to see Kathie Lee and Hoda.

Santa Monica Place will be abuzz this weekend with Kathie Lee and Hoda taping a handful of episodes for their “Today” show on NBC.

At 5:30 pm today, Feb. 8, the pair will interview country music star Blake Shelton as part of a pre-recorded interview at the center plaza.

On Saturday, Feb. 9, there are three shows with live audiences: 10 am, noon, and 2 pm. A meet and greet will be held from 3-3:30 pm.

On Sunday, Feb. 10, there are two shows with live audiences: 10 am and noon. From 1:30- 2:30 pm, Hoda will be signing copies of her book “Ten Years Later: Six People Who Faced Adversity and Transformed Their Lives.” The book will be available for purchase.

There will be free tickets to the tapings on Saturday and Sunday, which are first come, first serve starting at 9 am at the ground-floor kiosk.

The episodes will air the week of Feb. 11-15.

The segments at Santa Monica Place will include Valentine’s Day gift ideas from national and local retailers including Bloomingdale’s, Kitson and Venokado; a look at lingerie, lounge wear and intimate apparel fashions from Nordstrom, Juicy Couture, and Free People.

A cooking demonstration with noted chef Richard Sandoval, whose restaurants La Sandia and Zengo are part of the property’s iconic Dining Deck is among other exciting planned guests and appearances.
