The Santa Monica-Malibu school district celebrates the work of its visual arts students and teachers with the “Districtwide Visual Art Show” this Friday, March 15.

The art show will be held from 6-8 pm in Roberts Art Gallery, in the History building, on the Santa Monica High School campus, 601 Pico Boulevard.

Two dimensional artwork, photography, ceramics, and video work will be professionally installed in the gallery for all to see.

All the art teachers from across the district will be in attendance as well as the young artists and their families.

In addition to featuring some of the finest art work produced by students from the district’s middle and high schools across the district, the district’s art teachers will have the opportunity to see first hand what students and teachers are doing at the other sites.

While admiring the fantastic work of our students, attendees will be entertained by the Samohi jazz combo. Light refreshments and food will also be available.
