Santa Monica Residential Burglary Suspects Arrested After Curb Crash:

Two men and a woman were arrested Monday afternoon in Santa Monica after their car crashed into a curb at Colorado Avenue and Stanford Street at approximately 3 pm following a short car chase involving the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

Two sheriff’s patrol cars were involved in collision with the suspects’ car when it struck the curb.

The short pursuit started after sheriff’s detectives spotted the trio committing a residential burglary in the 200 block of 22nd Street in Santa  Monica.

The names of the three suspects, who were arrested after a short foot chase following the crash, were not released.
