Santa Monica Pier Paddleboard Race & Ocean Festival will be held at the Santa Monica Pier, 200 Santa Monica Pier from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm this Saturday.

Hundreds of competitors are expected to attend, including some of the sport’s most elite athletes who will battle it out in two new events this year, the 5.5 mile Elite Race and the Tommy Bahama Team Challenge SUP Relay Cup.

There will be beach games and races for the kids, a lifeguard and surf history pop-up museum, live music, and hula dancers performing throughout the day.

Adults can cool off with a drink from the Tommy Bahama Rum Lounge or the Sierra Nevada Beer Garden.

Come celebrate decades of surf, paddleboard, and lifeguard history.
