The City of Santa Monica’s Official tree lighting ceremony will be held tonight, Dec. 12.
Santa will make a special appearance to help light the tree at 7 pm on Third Street Promenade, just south of Wilshire Boulevard.
Santa will arrive at 5:30 pm to take photos (bring your own camera). He will then help light the tree and local students from Green Brooms Music Academy will provide musical entertainment.
