Culver City Home Fire Knocked Down In 17 Minutes; One Resident Evacuated:

One resident was being evaluated by paramedics on Tuesday night after a fire in a home near Culver City.

Firefighters were called to 4245 Kenyon Ave., near Centinela Avenue, shortly before 7 p.m. on report of fire showing from the front of a home, said Shawn Lenske of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters doused the fire in 17 minutes and were examining “a female resident” of unknown age and condition for possible injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, Lenske said.
