The California Heritage Museum in Santa Monica will present a new community event — Ocean Park Classic Car Night — on the third Tuesday of each month starting Jan. 20.
The event will be held in the parking lot and on the museum’s expansive lawn. The evening event will be open from 5:30 pm through 8 pm.
This event is in addition to the museum’s weekly food truck event in the parking lot of the California Heritage Museum every Tuesday night.
Available are a variety of up to 10 food trucks, each hosting a different type of cuisine.
The trucks are members of the Southern California Mobile Food Vendors Association, which boasts a membership of more than 130 trucks.
Fish tacos, lobster rolls, sliders, sushi, Korean BBQ, and trucks representing every possible nationally and cuisine are chosen each week.
A preview of each truck’s menu can be seen by visiting the museum’s website at californiaheritagemuseum.org.
The California Heritage Museum is located at 2612 Main Street, on the corner of Main Street and Ocean Park Boulevard, in Santa Monica.
The Victorian Restaurant is open so that guests that purchase from the food trucks can eat their dinner in the outdoor patio, the indoor first floor bar or the downstairs Basement Bar. There is no charge for using the Victorian’s facilities.
Parking is available within the museum’s lot. Additionally, visitors to the museum event can find parking in adjacent parking lots.
