Eat Well Week Returns To Santa Monica On Sunday:

Have a New Year’s resolution to eat healthier? The Santa Monica Convention & Visitors Bureau (SMCVB) is here to help with the return of its annual Eat Well Week that begins this weekend.

Now in its third year, it will run Sunday, Jan. 4 through Sunday, Jan. 11.

The popular culinary program allows Santa Monica restaurant-goers to kick off a healthier 2015 as a record number of Santa Monica restaurants offer brand new healthy menu items created exclusively for Eat Well Week.

Running in conjunction with California Restaurant Month, Eat Well Week is poised to highlight Santa Monica’s position in the vanguard of the healthy eating movement.

“Santa Monica’s innovative chefs, the accessibility to the world’s finest produce and an unwavering focus on sustainable, organic ingredients has allowed the city to emerge as an international culinary destination while maintaining an emphasis on fresh and healthy dishes,” said SMCVB CEO/President Misti Kerns. “We are thrilled to have more restaurants than ever before joining in our efforts to celebrate Santa Monica’s distinctive culinary and wellness offerings during the third annual Eat Well Week.”
