VIDEO: Santa Monica Public Library Sets Up On Beach:

The Santa Monica Public Library has been setting up shop on the shore and signing out books to literature hungry beachgoers at a series of five ‘pop up‘ libraries that began June 26 and concludes later this month.

The Mirror visited the pop-up on the beach at Dorothy Green Park (where Ocean Park Blvd ends) on Saturday, Aug. 15.

The final pop-up will be Friday, Aug. 28 at the Annenberg Community Beach House, 415 Pacific Coast Hwy.
