Armen and Tricia stand in front of boxes of signed initiatives

Santa Monicans will cast their vote for or against the LUVE initiative November 8, the Residocracy-backed initiative certified by the County Registrar-Recorder today.

The Land Use Voter Empowerment (LUVE) initiative received more than 10,000 signatures, with proponents over the moon about the certification.

"Our 10,000+ signatures on the LUVE petition are just the beginning of our campaign to empower the residents to decide just how much development is right for our small city. Congratulations!!!" said co-signer of the initiative Tricia Crane in a Facebook post.
