Santa Monica Library Hosts Teen Poetry Workshop

Santa Monica's Pico Branch library is located at Virginia Avenue Park at 2201 Pico Blvd.

Santa Monica Public Library-Pico Branch and Harvard Westlake School presents Wider than the Sky: Teen Poetry Workshop on Saturday, February 11, at 11:00 am in the Pico Branch Library’s Annex.

Aspiring Teen Writers: join us for a poetry workshop and open mic led by published author Ashaki M. Jackson (Surveillance, Language Lesson). Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, registration starts 1/23. Presented in collaboration with Harvard-Westlake School. Call 310-458-8684 to register.

This program is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and registration is required. The Pico Branch Library is wheelchair accessible. For special disabled services, call Library Administration at (310) 458-8606 at least one week prior to event. The Pico Branch Library is served by Big Blue Bus route 7. Ride your bike. Bicycle parking racks are available at the library.
