LA VICTORIA® Brand Celebrates 100th Anniversary with Los Angeles Dinner Party

Creators of the first-ever jarred salsa in the U.S., LA VICTORIA® Brand will commemorate its 100th anniversary by hosting a modern West Coast-inspired dinner party at the Santa Monica Pier and Carousel. 100 Victoria fans will experience a cultural celebration featuring West Coast-inspired art from five local artists, live music from Cuicani and mouthwatering dishes. The outdoor celebration will pay homage to Victoria Brand’s Mexican heritage while celebrating its modern approach.

The event will take place Thursday, June 1 from 6:30-9:30 pm at the Santa Monica Pier and Carousel in Suite A.

Five Los Angeles-based artists have been chosen to participate in the art show at the dinner party. All finalists will bring five works, plus one new work showcasing what modern, west coast lifestyle means to them while incorporating the LA VICTORIA®brand. One winner will be awarded $7,500, while the second and third runners-up will take home $1,500 and $1,000, respectively. The finalists are:

o   Sofya Pushkarskaya

o   Ashot Fitilchyan

o   Lorraine Bubar

o   William Leung

o   Patrice Goldberg

There will also be a multi-course menu of Mexican cuisine created by award-winning chef Eduardo Ruiz, head chef of Corazon y Miel. Los Angeles-based World/Soul band Cuicani will take the stage to perform their Afro-Caribbean and Soul music throughout the dinner.
