Inaugual “Glassell Bark” Block Party in Northeast Los Angeles

Northeast Los Angeles has gone to the dogs with the inaugural celebration of “Glassell Bark.” The event was sponsored by local businesses and Los Angeles City Councilmember Gil Cedillo. It took place near Verdugo and 34th in Glassell Park, and included animal adoptions as well as a block party for attendees.
