On Saturday July 1st, the Santa Monica Brew Works was host to pop-up eatery, Bartz Barbecue. Attendees were able to order Central Texas-Style barbecue, including white post oak smoked brisket, and in-house sauces. While Bartz Barbecue serves up BBQ throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding counties, this was the first time in Santa Monica.
