Taking Strides For Chronic Disease Prevention: 12-Week Older Adult Walking Program

Physical activity plays a major role in reducing the risk for chronic
disease. It also boost energy levels, helps to control weight, and
helps maintain a healthier life.

Our walking program is easy to participate, fun with friends, and no equipment needed.

All participants should be able to walk comfortably for 30 minutes
without stopping. We recommend you wear appropriate walking
shoes. Participants will receive a free T-shirt and pedometer!
