Bread Head to Open First Brick-and-Mortar Location in Santa Monica This Spring

Sandwich shop to open at 1418 Montana Avenue

Los Angeles-based sandwich concept, Bread Head, is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location this spring. The new restaurant will be located at 1518 Montana Avenue in Santa Monica.

Bread Head Restaurant Group, a collective comprised of BH Founders Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, Venice Brands CEO Greg Willsey, and Night + Market COO Michael Pasternak will helm the new location. The concept began humbly on the heels of Alex and Jordan’s experience running one of LA’s finest kitchens, Chef Ludo Lefebvre’s Michelin star-rated Trois Mec. With sandwiches on the brain and an aim to create something simple yet refined, Williams and Snyder began crafting homemade bread. From there, they perfected their menu through several LA pop-ups before landing at Santa Monica’s JuneShine.

The new location will offer approximately 15 different sandwiches along with sides, desserts, and handcrafted beverages. Bread Head’s focus on fresh ingredients and homemade bread has garnered a loyal following through its pop-up events in LA.
