Filming Scenes Were Set For Season 11 at the Prestigious Four-Star Hotel
Last week, the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica experienced a strike initiated by its employees, who were advocating for improved wages. On Thursday, it was announced by SAG-AFTRA actors that they would be joining the writers on the picket lines, Fox11 reported.
The local outlet reported the production of “Vanderpump Rules” contemplated filming scenes for Season 11 at the prestigious four-star hotel. However, upon learning about the scheduled strike earlier this week, the production promptly decided to abandon those plans.
Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix were reportedly slated to film an event to promote their “Something About Her” sandwich shop. Fans of the reality show had been informed about the event through social media channels, but it was ultimately canceled.
